Order Cancellation Policy
At Belvin Jackets, we process orders quickly to ensure fast production and timely delivery. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our production team and vendor for processing.
Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Window
Within 12 Hours of Order Placement
Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet entered the production stage. If eligible, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
After 12 Hours (Processing or Production Stage)
Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation requests may no longer be guaranteed. In such cases, cancellation approval depends on the stage of order completion and may involve partial approval or rejection based on work already initiated.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may request a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started due to their unique and made-to-order nature.
Refund Processing Time
If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- All orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
- Cancellation approval depends on order status at the time of request.
- Belvin Jackets reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once production or shipping has started.
